Project Challenge
Another challenge is the fragmented nature of agricultural supply chains. Farmers are often located in remote rural communities where transportation infrastructure is limited. Poor road networks, especially during the rainy season, can delay product collection and increase transportation costs. Communication barriers and limited access to modern farming information can also affect coordination between suppliers and buyers.
